CLONAKILTY SAUSAGES
In the late 1980's, the Twomey family developed a popular traditional sausage recipe, using 100% Irish ingredients, with a truly unique taste and an excellent flavour. At this time the sausage was sold loose from the counter in the butcher shop. In the early 1990's they were packaged and branded as 'Ispíní', then later, in 2001 they were re-launched under the Clonakilty brand.
Made with the same dedication to quality, taste and flavour as the famous pudding, Clonakilty "Ispíní" Sausages are fast becoming Irelands favourite Sausage.
Best shallow fried but can be grilled or oven baked, until fully cooked with a golden brown exterior. Clonakilty "Ispíní" have a firm bite with a moist succulent taste.
