Clonakilty Whitepudding was first created in 1986 by the Twomey family to build on the tradition of the famous Blackpudding. As with the Clonakilty Blackpudding, Irish Farmers provide the wholesome ingredients.
Clonakilty Whitepudding is made using traditional methods combining pork, oatmeal, onions with a blend of spices. It is this special blend of ingredients that gives Clonakilty a firm texture with a spicy bite. Both the texture and the taste of Clonakilty Whitepudding have made this delicacy and Irish favourite.
While traditionally served as part of a breakfast, Clonakilty Whitepudding can be a special addition to enhance any starter, salad or main course.
We think its best when cut to 2 cm thick and either shallow fried or grilled.

Ingredients: Irish Pork, Oatmeal, Onions, Water, Irish Pork Fat, Salt, Natural Spices.
Nutritional Information (Typical Analysis Per 100g): Energy: 995kj/239kcal, Protein: 9.4g, Carbohydrate: 14.3g, (of which sugars: 0.9g), Fat 14.7g, (of which saturdates: 5.3g), Fibre: 6.0g, Sodium 0.7g, (Equivalent as salt: 1.7g)
Cooking instructions: Remove plastic wrapper and slice to approx 2cm thick. Grill or shallow fry on a medium heat for approximately 4 minutes on each side.
Storage: Eat within 5 days of opening.
Suitable for home freezing. Slice and freeze on day of opening.
