Clonakilty "Slisíní" Rashers are made from specially selected premium pork that has full traceability and is 100% Irish. There are four different cures available in our range: Oak Smoked, Dry Cured, Mild Cured and Smoked. We also recently added Clonakilty Smoked Streaky Rashers to our range.
Just like all of the Clonakilty products, our rashers are made using traditional methods and the finest of local ingredients.
