Clonakilty pudding is Ireland’s leading brand of pudding and was first made in the 1880’s in the Twomey family butcher shop in Clonakilty, Ireland. It is still made using the same recipe and secret spice mix to this day. The secret spices are mixed in Ireland and sent to a Melbourne butcher who uses the same methods to ensure the same great taste and quality. Thanks to his help, we have brought Ireland’s favourite breakfast meats- Black pudding, White pudding and Sausages, to Australia.
While traditionally served as part of a breakfast, Clonakilty Blackpudding can be a special addition to any starter, salad or main course. Clonakilty Blackpudding is made using a traditional method combining beef, oats, onions, blood and a secret spice mix. Both the texture and the taste of Clonakilty Blackpudding have made this delicacy Ireland's favourite.
Clonakilty Whitepudding is made using similar processes to black pudding but does not contain blood. Made with pork instead of beef, it is mixed with oats, onions and a secret spice mix. Clonakilty Whitepudding is the perfect pork accompaniment to any starter, salad or main course. Clonakilty Whitepudding is also a favourite on the barbecue!

Our sausage spices are mixed in Ireland and are sea-freighted to Australia to ensure we produce a tasty sausage like you'd find back home!
